Talented people are a company’s most valuable resource, and we believe that the people of NTR are some of the most talented around.

We employ a "continuous hiring process", which means that we constantly search for and hire talent when we find it - as opposed to filling an opening. Our rigorous interviewing and carefully reviewed probationary period assures that only the best of the best become permanent employees.

Once they are hired, we work hard to offer our people the environment and culture that makes NTR not just a place to go, but a place to stay.

Our Management

It takes excellent managers to motivate people to achieve their goals, and then inspire them to reach beyond their dreams for the stars.

Our managers never just buy talent, because they know that people who join just for money will almost always leave for more money. Instead, our managers make sure that our culture and working environment can satisfy the intangibles each person is seeking.

Our Culture

Today’s workers are looking for more than money. They crave challenge, personal and professional growth, the opportunity to make a difference, ways to give back, and camaraderie. And they believe that work should be fun.

We’ve worked hard to create a culture and environment that provides all this, and we’re succeeding. Our attrition rate from 2002-2006 was less than 9%, and, we lost only eight people from our current 61 in the period of 2006-2007.

Our Workforce

The combination of challenging work, an attractive corporate culture, excellent working conditions and multiple career opportunities allows us to hire only the best. We accomplish this through an established three-phase hiring process:

  1. Screening resumes (usually between 10 and 30 for one position).
  2. Initial, pre-interview testing (only 10% pass).
  3. An in-depth interview with several NTR staff members.

We also allow no exceptions to our two absolute minimum requirements:

  1. Candidates must have excellent skills directly applicable to the positions for which they are interviewing; and,
  2. At the very least, be synergistic with our corporate culture and attitudes since both contribute to our company’s success.

While strong technical skills ensure our remarkable achievements in productivity and customer satisfaction, it is our people’s belief in, and promotion of, our culture that provides the environment for everyone to grow to their full potential.
