NTR Lab has proven to be a great development partner for us to work with. They completed our project on time and on budget. We are a US-based company (in business since 1993) and are a technical consulting group ourselves. As such, we have very high expectations of customer service and product quality. We have outsourced small tactical projects in the past, but this is our first fully outsourced product development experience. We found NTR Lab to be extremely responsive and willing to both provide and take direction on the implementation of product features. Communication was a little rough at first, but we worked things out and we are very satisfied with the current working relationship. NTR Lab really does aim to please and we found them extremely professional, polite, and eager to work with us. I really appreciated their advice and guidance on the technical approach to the overall .NET coding architecture for the project. They have a real sharp team. As some project requirements changed (as always), they took it in stride and provided detailed estimates of what additional work needed to be done. All their work came in on budget. NTR Lab is a great eLance vendor and we will definitively use them again.
