Eastern Europe certainly has a glut of underdeveloped resources, including its tech people. Since we already deal with the problems of language barriers when outsourcing, it’s perfectly reasonable that Eastern European countries would make a great (and little known) place to send some much-needed work. Here’s hoping they get their share.
