IVR system

Idea and design were provided by IT MAX Group, LLC; modeling and implementation were performed by NTR Group.

Task

Automated call answering, voice and dial-tone navigation, payment processing.

Main functionality:

  • Receiving and processing calls and payments.
  • Managing voice texts in both wave and text formats.
  • Support of transferring to call center in compliance with business hours.
  • Web-based administration module.

FluEase Operations Manager

IT MAX Group, LLC, in collaboration with NTR Lab developed a web-based solution that provides the means of processing different types of payments and enables paperless document delivery from all points of service to the main office. The main office personnel are able to view documents by point of service or view all documents.
The idea and design were provided by IT MAX Group, LLC; modeling and implementation were performed by NTR Lab.

Support processing and accounting of vaccination operations in airports, railway stations and any other transport locations.

Main functionality:

  • Controlled access by authorization level.
  • Provides both magnetic card and paper document scanning.
  • Provides for payment processing (by cash, CC, checks) through various billing groups

  • Generates all required documents.
  • Flexible event reports with charts and graphs.

Client: Kapital Stroyindustriya, a prefabricated steel construction company

 

Task
To update the company website in accordance with high usability, stronger marketing presence and key-phrase relevancy requirements.

Solution
The overall website was updated to fulfill the newest requirements for presenting an active, positive Internet presence.
This included
• Revamped calculator that allows the user to make precise calculations of pre-fabricated steel constructions.
• Dynamic elements in the new design that make the website more interactive.
• A user-friendly, optimized interface.

Renaissance Insurance Intranet

Project: Intranet for the Renessans Strakhovaniye / Renaissance Insurance Company.


Customer
Renessans Strakhovaniye a leading company in Russia’s modern insurance market.
Renessans Strakhovaniye has an A++ rating, the highest possible, from Expert RA, a national rating agency assuring its financial stability and solvency.
Renessans Strakhovaniye is licensed for all types of insurance and offers clients a full range of products backed by more than 10 years of experience in the Russian market.

Task
The initial idea was to develop a modern corporate portal, which transformed into the development of full a corporate intranet, in accordance with the design concept proposed by the Design Bureau Artem Gorbunov and with the full support of Renessans Strakhovaniye’s HR unit.

Solution
The intranet is integrated with multiple in-house information systems, including personnel, documents, information guides, and implements the majority of the functions specific to corporate portals.

Major competitive advantages from the new intranet include

  • a new, integrated telephone directory combined with the other information that helped the company streamline the data on the administrative structure and various units of Gruppa Renessans Strakhovaniye / Renaissance Insurance Group LLC;
  • simplifying and assisting new employees in learning the company;
  • organizing and improving accessibility of corporate information, including current internal projects, competitions, career opportunities, etc.; and
  • facilitating efficient communications between management and staff.

Technologies
A separate portal platform (portlets, integration elements, etc.) was developed for the project based on ASP.NET/MS SQL. The portal platform provides better usability and target functionality than the standard implementation of MS Sharepoint.

Extranet System of “Zurich. Retail”

Project: Implementation of the “Web-Praktika: Sale of Policies” (“Autodealer”) system in the company “Zurich. Retail”

 
Customer
“Zurich. Retail” is a part of the Zurich Group, offering financial solutions in the field of insurance services through the global net of offices and subdivisions. The Group was founded in 1872 and is managed from its headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland.
 
Task
Provide an instrument for increasing the loyalty of dealers- juristic persons as well as the means of increasing sales of insurance policies in remote offices, including the salons of car dealers.
 
Solution
Implementation of the “Web-Praktika: Sale of Policies” (“Autodealer”) system for automatic issue of insurance polices in remote points of sale including the partner companies.

Web site of a newspaper Kuznetskiy rabochiy / Kuznetsk Worker, the town of Novokuznetsk

Customer
Autonomous non-profit organization and publisher of the main city newspaper Kuznetskiy rabochiy.

Task
To create a website for the Kuznetskiy rabochiy newspaper using new technologies in order to provide access to published content and increase readership.

Solution
The site was built with the 1С-Bitrix: Site Management, Standard Edition. The flexible site architecture provides content management, structure, forums, advertising, subscription and distribution rights among user groups; additionally, it analyzes visitor statistics assessing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
NTR imported 13,000 articles from the old site using the API system 1C-Bitrix: Site Management.

Corporate websites for FINVAL and ST Group

Customer
Group of companies “FINVAL” and ZAO “ST Group”: Supply of high-technological equipment, metalworking, accessory tools and machine supplements for enterprises; engineering and innovation activities.

Objective
Creation of two full-fledged corporate websites for the company’s two brands, with the interfaces each featuring individual company colors and identities, while retaining the common product catalog. Websites are to comply with the company‘s high level of transparency and business concept.

Solution
Sites “FINVAL” and “ST Group” were both based on the content management system “1C-Bitrix: Website Management” (“Small Business” Edition). They share the common products catalog, but have separate domains and individual interfaces.

EAN-13 and QR barcodes decoding software

Client: www.mobiubiq.org

Task:
Develop a Symbian OS C++ application that decodes a QR barcode and EAN 13 (EPC) barcode and passes the decoded data to the J2ME application responsible for data processing on the Nokia platform.

Solution:
The system consists of two programs running on Nokia N95 and N96; one is a Symbian OS C++, and the other is J2ME midlet.

  • The C++ application works with the camera of the mobile phone and responsible for barcodes decoding.
  • The J2ME application communicates with C++ application via sockets.

The J2ME application commands the C++ application to decode a barcode: the user does not take a picture, since the camera runs in video mode and is constantly extracting an image as it decodes a QR barcode or an EAN-13 barcode from the extracted image. Once the barcode is decoded (or an error occurs), the C++ application sends the result back to the J2ME and goes to background until the next command.

Objective
Creation of  a corporate website for company providing engineering services and products for enterprises, with the function of ordering through communication form on the site.
 
Solution
The website featuring intuitive user interface and clear design, with the information about the company,  services and products supplied in the relevant sections.
