Contractor: Project Management Administration "Economika"

Task
Develop an automated system for use by the treasurer, executive, senior and other-level budget administrators and budget recipients of various financial departments in the Moscow City Government.
Description:
Electronic documents are formed using templates that include a full description of the document (printing and screen, export, field verifications rules). Templates enable the introduction of additional documents into the process without installing new versions of the software.
The module also enables:

  • Manual adding of documents participating in information exchange internally and with related information systems of the system;
  • Control accuracy of the information entered based on service documents;
  • Exchanging electronic documents:
    • Internally, between modules of the system; and
    • related information systems;
  • Cryptographic protection of the data exchanged within the system;
  • remote administration of the module including updating software versions and service documents;
  • create, uploade and delete templates
  • create document printing forms
  • import data dictionaries

3PM Version 2.0 - project management software

Client: ProcessProfessional LLC (UK)

Description: Large-scale system for managing projects includes modules for managing all project aspects, such as

  • schedule management;
  • hours worked;
  • problem management;
  • development planning;
  • personnel management.

The system uses modular architecture, currently with 15 modules. It was designed for large enterprises with a significant number of employees.

TDO: information system for an endodontal electronic medical office

Client: DogBreath Software Inc. — a leading developer of software for endodontists in the US.

Description: TDO is a sophisticated software comprised of several modules that seamlessly integrate the following into an easy-to-install, user-friendly program:

  • financial and clinical data;
  • digital and scanned radiographs; and
  • photographic and video images.

Additional features:

  • All the clinical x-rays, still and video images, patient chart and diagnostic data, referral communications, emails and phone calls received/sent, are saved and accessed intuitively from TDO.
  • It facilitates comminication with
    • patients through the case presentation and education modules;
    • referring doctors through the custom reports and letter modules;
    • endodontic colleagues through TDO chat and discussion groups;
    • insurance companies through emails; and
    • internally through the interoffice email.
  • A state-of-the-art library of digital images needed to educate the patient.

Description: Survey tool for HR consulting company. It consists of a respondee interface and an admin interface for editing questionnaires and respondees’ answers.

Description: Developed a special call center application for handling reception business processes; this application allows to:

  • handle calls and faxes;
  • administer travel reservations;
  • create reminders for visa and passport support services and organization of VIP reception;
  • write text messages to foreign clients;

Internet system for real estate agents

Description: Developed a membership site for RE Agents and Brokers that

  • creates an attractive marketing presentation;
  • creates a URL for each property;
  • sends images, documents and video by email;
  • files sold property materials without paper.

Description: Users can install this plug-in, log in the service and create/participate in message forums at any website.

Simple e-learning/testing system

Client: RocketReader Pty Ltd (Australia)

Description: A simple e-learning/testing system for the Department of Education, Science and Training. The system is distinguished by skinnable user interface.

Converting report templates for a large EMR system

Client: confidential

Project: During a major EMR system maintenance project three NTR developers converted more than four hundred Arpeggio reports to Crystal Reports 8.5 in less than four months simultaneously modifying the database schemes for the new reports.
