IT MAX Group, LLC, in collaboration with NTR Lab developed a web-based solution that provides the means of processing different types of payments and enables paperless document delivery from all points of service to the main office. The main office personnel are able to view documents by point of service or view all documents.
The idea and design were provided by IT MAX Group, LLC; modeling and implementation were performed by NTR Lab.

Task
Support processing and accounting of vaccination operations in airports, railway stations and any other transport locations.

Main functionality:

• Controlled access by authorization level.
• Provides both magnetic card and paper document scanning.
• Provides for payment processing (by cash, CC, checks) through various billing groups
• Manages multiple dictionaries.
• Generates all required documents.
• Flexible event reports with charts and graphs.

Gen3 monitor: shows blood glucose reading on a mobile phone display. Other medical appliance readings are accessible via Bluetooth.

HC Demo: The system is a result of further development of Gen3 monitor. However, in addition to plain demonstration of blood glucose measurement results HC Demo also uses the readings to build charts and enables tracking history. The application is available in two versions (Java ME and Windows Mobile).

Description: TDO is a sophisticated software comprised of several modules that seamlessly integrate the following into an easy-to-install, user-friendly program:

• financial and clinical data;
• digital and scanned radiographs; and
• photographic and video images.

Additional features:

• All the clinical x-rays, still and video images, patient chart and diagnostic data, referral communications, emails and phone calls received/sent, are saved and accessed intuitively from TDO.
• It facilitates comminication with
  • patients through the case presentation and education modules;
  • referring doctors through the custom reports and letter modules;
  • endodontic colleagues through TDO chat and discussion groups;
  • insurance companies through emails; and
  • internally through the interoffice email.

Description: This online medical shopping site (tightly integrated with the corporate intranet) was created from scratch to market self-developed medical products. It allows to manage sales, orders, and delivery, as well as admin functions, including human resource management, inventory management, calendar planning, tasks management, CRM and other functions, and links to QuickBooks accounting software.

Client: AMSPlus, Inc.

Description: Developed to streamline medical office work and improve patient care service. The scheduler manages personnel and office resources, including tracking doctors’ schedules, exam room availability and equipment usage, and graphs resources deployment. The program includes, centralized dictionaries (e.g. City and Referring Physician), client-specific dictionaries (e.g., Provider, Type of Visit), resource scheduling module, reports module, etc. It shares resources (dictionaries and data) and is fully integrated with AMSPlus’ existing product line.
