Solution
The main functions of the dedicated program subsystem:

• Collect initial data for a list of dedicated programs;
• Record target codes and rates used for evaluation of implementation (projects and reports expertise);
• Monitor programs;
• Provide records of program activities for implementation;
• Control program development, approval, financing and implementation;
• Store historical records of budgets and financing and estimate future financial requirements;
• Create a list of the city’s dedicated programs, including a draft budget for the next fiscal year, for submission to the Moscow City Duma;

Description: The goal of the redesign was to improve quality and usability of the client services area. Accomplishing this required substantial changes to the existing website, including better navigation and improved information handling. The changes allow all site visitors to get timely analytical information on the asset management market and early access to new offers.

Working together, our developers and designers added new client services enabling visitors to track changes in the cost of shares and calculate the profitability of various investment strategies for designated periods; free subscriptions to weekly and monthly analyst reports and reviews on Allianz’ union investment trusts; a User console that provides real-time information on ROI and the ability to act immediately on market change (launch Q1, 2008)

A yacht was chosen as the main design element, because it reflects the fast development pace of the company and emphasizes its innovative approach to using financial instruments.

Description: The program was especially challenging because it combined teaching the user a new philosophy (necessary to its successful use) and a numbers-manipulating methodology. It was accomplished by seamlessly providing explanations in the wizard with live links to Help information that shows simultaneously. Program downloads from corporate site. Status: Beta-testing.

Description: Developed to streamline medical office work and improve patient care service. The scheduler manages personnel and office resources, including tracking doctors’ schedules, exam room availability and equipment usage, and graphs resources deployment. The program includes, centralized dictionaries (e.g. City and Referring Physician), client-specific dictionaries (e.g., Provider, Type of Visit), resource scheduling module, reports module, etc. It shares resources (dictionaries and data) and is fully integrated with AMSPlus’ existing product line. Project: During a major EMR system maintenance project three NTR developers converted more than four hundred Arpeggio reports to Crystal Reports 8.5 in less than four months simultaneously modifying the database schemes for the new reports.
