Description: AI-based credit risk estimation, using an extended questionnaire and neural networks for cases when there is no credit history available.
Special challenge: Create an advanced, automated credit scoring technology for individuals with no previous credit history.
The system:
- collects and stores client questionnaires and creates an audit trail of all interactions with them and their affiliates;
- uses neural networks to analyze client information, determine credit risk, and provide a credit score; and
- integrates with both the call center module and the bank’s core financial system.
The implemented system has all the features of a typical financial services high technology CRM.
